Breakfast Club

Breakfast Club is available for pupils attending the school, from 7:45am. Sessions are priced at £2.50 (or £10 for a full week) and pupils are provided with breakfast and a range of activities to help them make a good start to each day.

Breakfast Club takes begins with eating in the School Hall, and is run by Mrs Cann & Mr Griffith. All our staff attend regular training relating to child care, child protection, food hygiene and first aid.

To enable your child to take part in Breakfast Club you must complete a registration form, a copy of which is available from the school office or from Breakfast Club (if you have more than one child attending Breakfast Club, a separate form must be completed for each child). A child will not be allowed to attend Breakfast Club until a registration form has been completed.

Our Breakfast Club menu changes daily with the emphasis on healthy eating.  As well as cereals and toast, we try to ensure 3 hot breakfasts per week, including scrambled eggs, baked beans, waffles or spaghetti on toast.  Yoghurt and a selection of fresh fruits are available daily.  If your child has any specific dietary requirements you must inform us on the registration form so that we can cater for them. Children will be encouraged to help make their own breakfast and to try new and different foods! We eat breakfast together, and use this as a social opportunity to learn more about each other and make friends. After breakfast there will be a range of activities available, such as construction toys, colouring, reading and other active fun and games.
